Good with Kids: Yes ( but older children, Scoob is a pretty excitable boy and doesn't know where his body is. Hes also timid and reacts super fast and reflexively, this can be scary for some kids, and dangerous for both if he doesnt watch where hes going. Again, hes young and learning tho so older kids are preferred (10 up)

History: Scoob was born with his foster along with 4 others, been there since and all his litter mates have since been adopted out, one is being fostered.

Description: Scooby-Doo would ideally do best in a home that know how to work with dogs, he’s alittle nervous sometimes and can piddle (this has mostly stopped now), sometimes when he’s super excited or nervous. You can’t tell in photo but he’s got this adorable underbite that makes his chin present ever so slightly forward. So cute!! Extremely cuddley guy, super smart and loves to have fun. Melts into your lap and will stay there forever, quick to learn and wants to please and be around you. Would be a great gaurd dog and definitely would prefer women over men when it comes to adults. Scooby is extremely smart and willing to learn and just wants to be your love buddy.He just needs someone willing to work with his socialization and confidence.

Approx. 12 weeks old, Aero is a sweet, cuddly puppy who is ready to find his forever home
Aero came to us from a community we work closely with, and since arriving in foster care in Edmonton, he has been an absolute little angel. He has a soft, gentle personality and loves nothing more than snuggling up with his people after a good play session.
Like any puppy, Aero is playful and curious, but he also has a calm, affectionate side that makes him extra special. He’s doing great in his crate and settles in nicely—he truly is a dream pup to have around.
He’s currently working on potty training and making great progress. He’s also learning that puppy nipping isn’t okay, and he’s catching on quickly!

Good with Dogs? Max loves all dogs, he just wants to play. His high energy level can be intimidating to more shy dogs but he means well and just wants to be friends.
Good with Cats: Max grew up with cats, he's high energy though so can be over bearing to some kitties. He typically leaves them alone and let's them for their own thing, let's them rub up on him and play with his tail.

History: Max was a breeder rescue, his breeder could no longer care for him and his brother so his foster mom took them in. He’s been with foster mom since and his brother got adopted.

Description: Max is an absolute love bug, sometimes he thinks he’s a small dog and will just try to lay on top of you for love and pets. He can be over bearing at times and definitely needs a home that can give him proper directions. All he wants is to be by you and do what you are doing and if you are doing nothing, you must pet him. Lol. He’s a very active boy that can zoom around like there’s no tomorrow, he loves quad running, camping, trail rides, cats, kids, cuddles, you name it he’s your Shepard. Been around horses and cows, and some goats. WILL EAT CHICKENS sorry, no chicken coops for max unless you want no more chickens, they are his ONLY weakness. Otherwise he’s well trained and knows the ropes, if you’re new he may test you (you, ll have to ask more than once) but listens really well. Knows sit, laydown, stay, waits for you to go up and down stairs before he goes, waits for you to go in and out the door, vehicle loads well and travels well, for the most part quiet, doesn’t bark much, crate trained, and waits for his command word to eat his food. Oh and Looooooves to swim!

Star is bright, engaging and beautiful. She is a natural leader. Her fierce personality is probably what saved her and her siblings!
She has boundaries and defends them aggressively with the other dogs. She lives and plays with dogs her size and much larger with no issues as long as they respect her. Star loves people! She insists on snuggling up on your chest, and who could resist that face?! She is smart and food motivated. She has melted the heart of everyone that has met her! Light is a spitfire! She is independent and very playful! She will bite heels and loves to chase toys, feet, anything that seems like it might get away! Light loses her mind over food!!! She has recently mastered keeping her nose out of others meals!! She is smart and funny! She jumps around when she is excited and ready to play!! It is adorable!!! Her energy is medium to low. Her puppy bursts only last about 30min. She is super cuddly and will always be with her person, staring deep into their eyes as she goes to sleep. Be prepared for the soul mate connection! Light will fit into any household, she is extremely intelligent, and the older kids recommendation is only about the heel nipping. Light has stolen the heart of her foster, she will steal yours as well!

History – Zoe was one of the remaining pups of a backyard litter. The previous owner had messaged me that she was leaving a relationship and urgently needed to find the pups a home. Based on zoes behaviour, it would appear that she was mostly an outdoor dog that had not been properly socialized so that has resulted in her being a very nervous, unconfident dog.

Since taking Zoe in, her personality has changed positively. Zoe is a big goofball full of love. I think Zoe should be in a home with another dog so she can continue to work on her confidence and have a dog who’s lead she can follow.

We are unsure as of why, but Zoe is very nervous around men. She tends to growl out of fear and nerves but has never shown aggression.

Zoe needs a home with patient, calm and reassuring folks so that she can continue to learn how to be a trusting and happy houspet

Hi there! My name is Nova, and I’m an energetic, intelligent pup with a heart full of love. I’m currently working on a few new skills, but I already know how to “Sit,” “Shake a Paw,” “Down,” “Bow,” and I’m learning how to “Turn Around.” I’m also practicing “Come Here,” “Stay,” and “Heel.” I’m a quick learner, but because of my high energy, I need to stay mentally and physically engaged to keep my mind sharp and my body active. Without the right stimulation, I might find my own creative ways to entertain myself—and some of those might not be the best choices!

I’m good on a leash and enjoy walking, though I can get a bit distracted by all the exciting things out there—especially squirrels and rabbits! They just look so fun to chase. I love meeting new people, but I can be a little distrustful at first. I need to be introduced slowly and calmly so I can feel safe and comfortable. I do have some leash reactivity and can get scared or overwhelmed in certain situations, especially with other dogs. I’m working hard on it, and I’d love to find a person or family who can help me continue my training and give me the positive reinforcement I need to build confidence and make good decisions.
